Help FAQ
Answers about paid Instagram and TikTok orders, free requests, public-media tools, recorded status and support.
These answers cover paid orders, the five free service request forms, public tools, and order tracking. Paid engagement uses automated accounts or tools and carries platform and count risks. For an issue with an order, use the contact page.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to enter an Instagram or TikTok password?
No. Paid order and free request forms ask for public links or usernames, not a platform password. Never send a password or login code by email.
Can a tool open private posts?
No. The public-media tools do not sign in to your platform account or bypass private-content controls. A connected provider may still return no media from a public link.
Can I place a paid order or request a free service?
Paid Instagram and TikTok orders are available for personal, noncommercial use. The five free Instagram and TikTok request forms accept one zero-cost request per email address across all five services. Saved free requests enter our admin queue for manual team fulfillment; acceptance and delivery timing are not guaranteed. The Instagram username checker does not place an order.
How do I look up an existing order?
Enter the order reference and the email address used for that order on the tracking page. It returns the stored status and available history.
Does a processing status mean delivery is complete?
No. Processing identifies the order’s recorded state. It does not independently prove that any engagement was delivered.
How long will delivery take?
A timetable cannot be verified from the order record alone. Contact the published email address about an existing order.
Does a form submission mean I was charged?
A form submission alone does not establish a charge. An existing order and a payment are separate recorded states. Check the tracking page for the stored status, and contact the published email address if it is unclear.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Use the contact page and include the order reference, checkout email and a brief description. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
