Welcome to the FollowersFly Privacy Policy. FollowersFly publishes content and public tools and supports existing orders for personal, noncommercial services. Paid Instagram and TikTok service orders use automated accounts or tools and are for personal, noncommercial use.

TikTok Username / Public Profile Information

Existing order records may contain a public username or post URL supplied to identify the target for a purchased service. Public tools may send a handle or URL to a configured external provider to return a result.

You should only submit handles and URLs you control or are authorized to use. If a profile is private, restricted, or not publicly accessible in the way our workflow requires, delivery may fail or be delayed-and privacy expectations for public marketing growth differ from private account access.

Orders are for personal, noncommercial use. Submit only public identifiers you control or are authorised to use.

Order and Service Information

For orders, we hold structured details needed to review and support them, including service type, quantity, timestamps, payment and order status, and internal references.

We may also store derived metadata that helps us understand delivery outcomes and improve reliability-always with an eye toward minimising sensitive data and keeping operational access controlled.

If you email support about an order, we may use the order reference to respond with context.

Payment and Billing Information

Card payments use Finby’s hosted checkout. Finby may ask you to complete authentication steps, such as 3D Secure, and its terms and privacy notice apply to its processing.

FollowersFly generally receives limited payment metadata needed to confirm success/failure, reconcile orders, and support accounting and fraud prevention-such as transaction references, amounts, and partial identifiers.

You enter card details on Finby’s hosted checkout, not on FollowersFly servers. FollowersFly receives the payment information needed to confirm orders, support customers, and keep financial records.

How We Use Your Information

We use information to operate the website and public tools, maintain security, support existing orders, reconcile payments that complete from previously started checkouts, and respond to customers. The current public login and signup pages do not create customer accounts.

We may use site and support information to find errors and improve the clarity and reliability of the website and public tools.

Where permitted by law, we may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand trends (such as which service pages are most helpful) without focusing on any individual user.

How We Protect Your Information

We may exchange limited information with Finby to resolve failed payments, disputes, and suspected fraud.

TikTok Platform Disclaimer

TikTok is operated by its own company and policies. FollowersFly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

You are responsible for complying with TikTok’s terms and community guidelines when purchasing TikTok growth services. Platform behaviour (moderation, visibility changes, algorithm updates) can affect outcomes in ways FollowersFly cannot control.

FollowersFly does not promise any specific TikTok ranking, verification, or monetisation outcome.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods can vary by record type (orders, support emails, security logs, marketing preferences).

Backups may persist for additional periods before being overwritten.

User Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and rights relating to portability or automated decision-making, where applicable.
