• If you are a business or acting on behalf of a business entity, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.
• FollowersFly reserves the right to terminate services immediately to any user found to be in violation of this clause or any applicable laws regarding the commercial use of social media metrics.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those pertaining to unfair or deceptive practices in commerce.

Billing

Card payments are processed through Finby’s hosted checkout. Use only a card you are authorised to use. If you notice a billing error, email followersflyofficial@gmail.com with your order ID and the details. You may also exercise any rights available through your card issuer or applicable law; contacting us first can help us investigate the order.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on FollowersFly's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. FollowersFly does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. FollowersFly may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. FollowersFly does not, that said, make any commitment to update the materials.

Refunds

Requests and review

For a delivery or billing problem, email followersflyofficial@gmail.com with your order ID within seven calendar days of purchase to request a refund. We review the issue and confirm the available remedy. This policy does not limit rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Automatic refills

If a paid order’s delivered count drops, our external supplier automatically refills it for 30 days from completed delivery.

Contact

Email followersflyofficial@gmail.com with your order ID and a short description of the delivery or billing issue. A request does not require a dashboard action.

Service

• FollowersFly is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any Instagram third-party partners in any way.
• It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use FollowersFly at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame if your Instagram account is banned for any reason.
• We collect and store the public username or post URL needed to identify and support an order. Do not provide an Instagram or TikTok password.
• Platform counts may change. If delivery is incomplete or a delivered count drops, see our Refund Policy and the automatic refill term above. Applicable consumer rights remain available.
• We can't guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services.
• It is the sole responsibility of the customers to ensure their accounts are set to "public" during their use of the FollowersFly service. Any downtime of service in relation to a client changing their profile to "private" will not result in any payment reimbursement for that period of time.
• You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree on what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via the payment processor.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
• It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.
